Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoreStaff's website, workspace, AI employee setup, support surface, or any related service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order, plan, or written agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Current Product State
Some flows may remain managed setup until approved. We do not claim live checkout, billing, connectors, OAuth, business-email retrieval, or public-agent activation unless we explicitly offer those features in a separate approved offering.
CoreStaff Services
CoreStaff may provide AI employee setup, ready-made AI employees, custom managed AI employees, software/workspace/support surfaces where available, and related digital services only. No physical shipping is part of the current service model.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and access control practices when account features are active. Do not share passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or other secrets through normal prompts or forms. Keep your account access secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Customer Responsibilities
You must use CoreStaff lawfully, have the rights to the data and content you submit, and avoid misuse, abuse, scraping, spam, fraud, or attempts to bypass controls. Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless a workflow is explicitly approved and supported for that purpose. You are responsible for the instructions, approvals, and permissions you provide.
AI Employee Boundaries
AI employees may produce wrong, incomplete, or outdated output. Review important outputs before use, especially where the output affects customers, money, compliance, security, or operational decisions. AI employees do not guarantee business outcomes and do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice guarantees.
Acceptable Use
Use CoreStaff only for lawful, authorized, and reasonably safe workflows. Do not use the service for fraud, spam, scraping, abuse, harassment, impersonation, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass guardrails or approval boundaries. Follow applicable laws, platform terms, privacy obligations, and security requirements.
Data and Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how CoreStaff may handle website, support, setup, workspace, and AI employee data. Retention, deletion, and export requests are handled through the privacy/support process. When CoreStaff uses customer content to provide the service, the limited right to process that content is only for providing, supporting, securing, and improving the service.
Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Delivery
Our Refunds & Delivery explains digital delivery, cancellation requests, refund review, and billing dispute handling. We do not claim live checkout or live billing unless that flow is actually active. Any future paid plans should align with config/billing_policy.json and the applicable written order or plan terms.
Third-Party Services and Providers
CoreStaff may use model, tool, payment, hosting, or support providers when relevant features are active. Connector, OAuth, and business-email access are only available when explicitly authorized for the relevant feature. We do not make unsupported guarantees about third-party provider behavior, retention, or results.
Intellectual Property
CoreStaff retains ownership of its website, software, brand, systems, templates, and service materials. You retain rights to your submitted content and remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide that content to us. You grant CoreStaff the limited right to process your content as needed to provide and support the service.
Service Availability and Changes
Services may change, pause, or be limited as features launch or operational needs change. Preview and human-reviewed features may evolve. We may update the service experience, support path, and feature set without guaranteeing that every feature remains available in the same form.
Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or perfect security. AI outputs may be incomplete or unsuitable without review, and third-party systems may behave differently than expected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoreStaff's liability is limited to direct damages caused by our own breach, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and Termination
CoreStaff may suspend, limit, or terminate access for misuse, abuse, security risk, policy violations, nonpayment when billing is active, or other conduct that creates risk to the service, its users, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as features launch or our operations change. When we do, we will revise the effective date and last updated date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent allowed by law.
