How CoreStaff delivers digital services and handles cancellations and refunds.

What we deliver

Digital services only.

  • No physical shipping or mailed goods are part of CoreStaff's current service model.
  • Delivery can include ready-made AI employee setup, custom managed AI employee setup, software access, and launch support.
  • Human-reviewed onboarding and support may remain in place while launch surfaces are being prepared.
  • Some flows may remain managed setup until approved.
  • We do not claim live checkout, billing, connectors, OAuth, business-email retrieval, or public-agent activation unless we explicitly say so in a separate approved offering.

Delivery model

How setup and delivery normally work.

  • Ready-made AI employee setup: We may deliver a preconfigured setup after intake, review, and any required manual steps.
  • Custom managed AI employee setup: We may scope, configure, and tune a custom setup with customer input and review checkpoints.
  • Human-reviewed onboarding: While launch surfaces are still being prepared, customers may be guided through a manual review and setup path rather than self-serve checkout.
  • Customer responsibility: Customers must provide accurate setup information, review requests, and any approvals needed for the work to proceed.

Delivery timing

No hard promises that the operations do not support.

Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the request, the type of setup, the amount of customer review needed, and whether the request is ready-made or custom. Self-serve or automated access, if offered later, may be faster than managed custom setup. We do not promise a fixed delivery time unless a separate written agreement or approved offer says otherwise.

Cancellations

How customers can request cancellation.

Until live account billing tools are active, cancellation requests should be sent through our published contact routes. If a live billing or account page is introduced later, that page will explain the active cancellation path, but only after it is actually available.

Refunds

Refund review depends on what has already started.

  • Free, preview, and human-reviewed access is not a paid purchase and does not imply a refund obligation.
  • For a future paid plan reference, refund requests may be reviewed based on whether setup, access, or work has begun, and any final decision will follow the applicable written terms or order details after owner and legal review.
  • For custom build or managed setup work, completed custom work may be non-refundable where appropriate, especially if scoping, configuration, or delivery has already started.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the actual stage of the work, the plan or order terms, and any approved commercial policy in effect at the time.
  • No refund promise is made beyond the stated review terms.

Billing disputes

Failed payments and disputes go through support.

If a failed payment or billing question arises, contact support. This public page does not claim live billing automation, live checkout, or a live billing portal. Any future billing flow should explain the active payment or dispute path only when it is actually available.

Service limitations

Outcomes are not promised.

  • AI employee outputs may require customer review before use or release.
  • Customers remain responsible for how they use their AI employees, prompts, configuration, and connected data.
  • CoreStaff does not promise specific business outcomes, customer results, or customer success results.

Future plan reference

Local billing policy reference only.

Any future paid launch reference should align with config/billing_policy.json only after owner and legal review. The current local billing policy reference includes Free Trial, Starter, Growth, Team, and Enterprise plan labels, but this public page does not activate checkout, billing, or live account billing.

  • Free Trial: $0, preview only, no production billing.
  • Starter: $24/mo local reference with one active agent.
  • Growth: $49/mo local reference with three active agents.
  • Team: $99/mo local reference with six active agents.
  • Enterprise: custom, owner-reviewed reference only.

Changes

This policy may change as features launch.

We may update this policy as features and billing surfaces launch, as the commercial offer changes, or as operational details change. When that happens, the effective date and last-updated date will be revised.
